HER Working Women Growth

HER Working Women has expanded beyond borders, with active chapters in Jinja, Mbarara, and even Dubai. These chapters host events, workshops, and networking opportunities, ensuring that women from diverse regions can connect and thrive.

In 2024, we launched HER Finance SACCO, a groundbreaking initiative designed to empower women financially. Starting with savings as the foundation, we’ve introduced loans and financial literacy training to help women plan, save, and grow their wealth. Today, HER Finance SACCO has over 200 members, each taking steps toward financial independence and resilience.

This community is more than just a group, it’s a movement. It’s a space where women uplift each other, break barriers, and redefine what’s possible. Together, we’re building a future where African women can lead, innovate, and inspire.
